Carlos Moreno Jaimes, PhD (Coordinator)
PhD in Public Policy from the Univeristy of Texas at Austin. Guest researcher at the Center for US-Mexican Studies of the University of California, San Diego. Author of the books "Electoral democracy and governing quality: The performance of municipal governments in Mexico" (2007) and "Popular insurance and federalism: A public policy analysis." He has worked as an advisor for the World Bank, for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as well as for dfferent public institutions in Mexico, including the National Council for Social Development Policy Evaluation (CONEVAL, in its initials in Spanish).

PhD in Economic Sciences (Université Paris VII). Author of several books and articles on Economy and Social Policy in Mexico and South Korea. He has been a consultant for several international organizations (BID-INDES, UNESCO, UNICEF, PNUD).
