Omar Longoria Gándara, PhD (Coordinator)
PhD and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, option in Telecommunications, from CINVESTAV-IPN, Guadalajara. Member of the National System of Researchers. His lines of research include MIMO channel estimation, implementation of embedded communication algorithms for wireless communications and high-speed transmission lines, as well as digital algorithms using hardware description languages.
Zabdiel Brito Brito, PhD
Coordinator of the Degree Program. PhD in Signal Theory and Communications (Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain). Member of the National System of Researchers. 10 years of teaching experience and numerous publications. His main lines of research are: design and optimization of high-speed interconnection circuits and devices, and microwave and RF reconfigurable systems.
Raúl Campos Rodríguez, PhD
PhD and Master's Degree in Computer Sciences (Cinvestav-IPN). He has published more than 20 specialized papers in areas such as embedded systems, event-guided systems, and high-performance systems. His work includes books, applications, and patents. Candidate for membership in the National System of Researchers. (SNI-C 2012).
Esteban Martínez Guerrero, PhD
PhD in integrated electronic devices from the National Institute of Applied Sciences, Lyon, France. Master's Degree in Science from CINESTAV-IPN, Mexico City. Mechanical-electrical engineer from the UNAM, Mexico City. Specialist in integrated circuit design from ITESO, Mexico. He has over 14 years of teaching experience and numerous scientific publications in the areas of semiconductor physics, design and modeling of electronic devices, and integrated analogue circuit design.
Iván Rodrigo Padilla Cantoya, PhD
Doctorate in Electrical Engineering (New Mexico State University, New Mexico, USA). Candidate for membership in the National System of Researchers. Lines of research: Integrated analogue and mixed-signal circuit design. He has numerous publications in journals and at international conferences.
Jorge Arturo Pardiñas Mir, PhD
PhD in Telecommunications from the Télécom SudParis Institute / Université Pierre et Marie Curie. He conducts research with ultra wide band (UWB) signals, and indoor distance and location estimation. His topics of interest include digital image processing and wireless sensor networks.
José Ernesto Rayas Sánchez, PhD
PhD in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, Canada. Member of the National System of Researchers and the CAD Technical Committee from the IEEE Microwave Society (MTT-1 on CAD). His research focuses on the development of computer methods for the modeling, design, and optimization of high-frequency electronic circuits, including high-speed interconnection structures, and RF and microwave circuits.
Luis Rizo Domíngez, PhD
PhD in Electrical Engineering Sciences from Cinvestav-IPN, Guadalajara.
He has published peer-reviewed articles in the areas of non-stationary stochastic processes and analysis of time series with stable distributions. He is a tenured professor at ITESO and a member of the National System of Researchers.
Cuauhtémoc Aguilera Galicia, MS
Master's Degree in Industrial Electronics (ITESO). Lines of research: digital circuit design, electronic implementations in FPGA, and integrated circuits. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he has developed four prototypes, published three articles in journals, and presented 10 papers at national and international conferences.
