Luis Rizo Domínguez, PhD

Dr. Luis Rizo Domínguez (Coordinator)
Doctor of Science in Electrical Engineering from CINVESTAV , Guadalajara . He has published refereed articles in the areas of non-stationary stochastic processes , as well as in the area of analysis of time series with stable distributions. He is a professor of ITESO and member of the National System of Researchers.
Dr. Luis Julián Domínguez Pérez
PhD from the School of Engineering and Informatics at Dublin City University. Level 1 researcher in the National System of Researchers (SNI). He has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles. His field of research is quantum-resistant cryptography, elliptic curves and their applications in security protocols.
Luis Enrique González Jiménez, PhD
Master's Degree and PhD in Electrical Engineering Sciences (Cinvestav-IPN). He has published more than 15 papers in the areas of robotics, computer vision, automatic control, and real-time systems. He has worked on grant projects aimed at building a humanoid robot capable of walking and interacting with its surroundings. Accepted as a candidate by the SNI, effective as of 2014.
Dr. Jorge Arturo Pardiñas Mir
PhD in Telecommunications from the Institute TélécomSudParis / Université Pierre et Marie Curie, France. He conducts research in the areas of ultra wideband (UWB) signals and distance estimation and tracking in indoor spaces. His topics of interest include wireless sensor networks and Radio over Fiber (RoF) technology.
Jose Luis Pizano. PhD
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications option, from CINVESTAV-IPN, Guadalajara. Member of the National System of Researchers. His areas of research include wireless communication systems, algorithm implementation in hardware for wireless communication, digital design, computer architecture and embedded systems.
Iván Esteban Villalón Turrubiates, PhD
Master's Degree and PhD in Electrical Engineering Sciences (Cinvestav IPN ) . He has published more than 20 papers in the fields of digital signal processing and remote sensing imagery . His area of ¿¿specialty is the analysis, design and optimization of systems for processing large volumes of information . He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ( IEEE).
Luis Enrique Garabito Siordia, MS
Communications and Electronics Engineer with a Master's Degree in Information Technologies. 13 years of experience at IBM Professional Services and NXP Semiconductors (previously Freescale Semiconductor S. de R.L.). He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at different universities in the region.
Héctor Rivas Silva, MS
Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering (Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua). Manager at Hella Automotive Mexico. Until 2013, he was a Senior Engineer and Product Quality Manager at Continental Guadalajara Services, in charge of testing and power train quality assurance for automotive applications. The projects included both final application and testing software.

Enrique Raúl Villa Loustaunau, M.Eng.
Master's Degree in Electronics (M.Eng.) with extensive experience in the electronics industry. Expert in the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards, signal integrity analysis, and hardware design. He currently works at INTEL in the full signal integrity analysis of PCI Express high-speed interconnects. He is also studying the PhD in Engineering Sciences at our institution.
Esp. Francisco Martinez Chavez
ITESO's Embeded System specialist. Electronics and Digital Communication Systems Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. Senior Engineer and Group Leader for Basic Software at Continental Guadalajara Services in the Engine Systems Business Unit, where the products include the development of low-level communications drivers and complex drivers for automotive applications as well as software for testing.
