The Graduate Coordinator will also be in charge of communicating if the candidate's request was approved or rejected. The scholarship covers the following expenses:

- Elective courses
The current study plan of the Master's Degree in the Communication of Science and Culture offers students the option to take elective courses in different modalities:
- Take the subject proposed by the program. (The Coordination sends students the list of courses before they enroll).
-
Take courses from any program (MASTER'S OR PHD) listed in the ITESO course catalogue.
- In this case, you can log in to your reserved area and review the courses offered in other programs. If you are interested in taking one of these courses, please notify the Program Coordination to ensure your spot in the group.
- Take courses from any program (MASTER'S OR PHD) from universities recognized by the Ministry of Public Education, with previous authorization from the Program Coordination and registration through the Registrar's Office.
Students who wish to take a course in another university should:
- Choose a master's degree course at an institution recognized by the Ministry of Public Education and confirm that it will be offered in the school period in question.
- Send the course program to (maescom@iteso.mx; equijano@iteso.mx).
-
Ensure that ITESO will receive in a timely manner an official document from the institution that proves the student's participation in the course and the grade obtained.
- Fill out the application and submit it to this Program's Coordination Office for authorization. The elective course will belong to the Area of Complementary Knowledge.
