RVOE as set forth in Ministerial Agreement SEP 15018, dated 29/11/76.
Business processes constitute the backbone of any private or public organization's operations; it is therefore relevant to identify and categorize them and to understand the basic structure and effective management of their performance in order to increase companies' competitiveness.
This graduate program trains professionals to be agents for change, capable of optimizing their companies' organizational and managerial performance. Graduates will learn and apply technical methodologies to model, analyze, design, simulate, implement, and monitor business processes, with an eye to improving them and achieving the organization's strategic objectives.
Our region is not known for having organizations with documented and optimized business processes, which underscores the social and economic relevance of the Specialization in the Improvement of Business Processes.
