Master's Degree in Education and Knowledge Management
RVOE as set forth in Ministerial Agreement SEP 15018, dated 29/11/76.
The Master's Degree in Education and Knowledge Management is an innovative graduate program designed to train experts in knowledge generation, use, and transfer within educational institutions.
These processes include assessing, organizing, and integrating knowledge and experience in work teams through jointly built participative dynamics and strategies, with an aim to transforming and improving education-related problem situations.
The academic program incorporates and applies the insights of cognitive psychology into the mediation of learning and the development of thinking skills, as well as the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the design of knowledge management projects, which are developed, carried out and assessed throughout the program. In this way, the program enriches the field of education with a critical reflection on how organizations are transformed by managing learning processes and products.
This degree program can be taken on a face-to-face, virtual, or mixed basis.
