The program equips students with theoretical and methodological elements for promoting systematization, reflection, and the analysis of educational management. To recognize the issues and needs of educational spaces.
To foster the theoretical and methodological knowledge, and the skills and attitudes of academic leadership needed by the directors of educational centers and the technical pedagogical coordinators and advisors for elementary and middle school education, in order to manage educational organizations professionally, so that they can take on the challenges of transforming schools and improving the quality of education.
