Julio Miguel Bazdresch Parada, PhD
Faculty member of the ITESO's Department of Education and Values. PhD in the Philosophy of Education. Former Academic Dean at ITESO. Former Head of the ITESO's Department of Education and Values. Researcher in the field of education, ethics, and the formulation and implementation of educational and public policy. Author of significant number of works on education. Former ombudsman for university rights. Member of the University Council, among other posts.

Rosario Leticia González Hurtado, MA
Master's Degree in Social Anthropology (Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Superiores en Antropología Social – CIESAS). Coordinator of the Master's Degree Program. Advisor for the project Construction of Public Spaces and Citizens' Education, carried out jointly between ITESO and the Municipal Government of Tlajomulco. Diploma en Neurolinguistic Programming from the Centro Mexicano de Programación Neurolingüística. Training in peace education and constructive conflict management. Thesis advisor in the area of values, social interaction and citizen formation.

Lorena Herrero Serment, MA
Master's Degree in Education and Cognitive Processes (ITESO). Professional experience in teacher training, research and implementation of programs for the development of thinking skills. Speaker and workshop leader at the national level in the field of education and cognitive processes. Professor and member of the research team in the field of Knowledge Management.

Gabriela Ibáñez Cornejo, MA
Master's Degree in Education (ITESO). 25 years of teaching experience. Professor and advisor at different universities in Mexico, including ITESO. She has participated as advisor and teacher in teacher training courses in the Institutional Training and Continuing Education Program for Academic Personnel (PICASA) at the University of Guadalajara. Former director of elementary education for the Municipal Government of Guadalajara. Coordinator of the Diploma course PROFORDEMS – ITESO – ANUIES.
