Dr. Luis Rizo Domínguez
Doctor en Ciencias de la Ingeniería Eléctrica por el Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados (Cinvestav) del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) en la unidad Guadalajara. Ingeniero electrónico egresado de Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). Ha publicado artículos arbitrados en las áreas de procesos estocásticos no estacionarios y de análisis de series temporales con distribuciones estables. Actualmente es profesor titular en el Departamento de Electrónica, Sistemas e Informática del ITESO, coordinador de la Especialidad en Sistemas Embebidos, programa que actualmente pertenece al Padrón Nacional de Posgrados de Calidad (PNPC) de Conacyt, y miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI).
