Experiences and developments related to the intellectual property of faculty-generated products.
The faculty of this master's degree program includes research professors who belong to the National System of Researchers; professors with experience in research, development and innovation projects or in consulting with and for the industry; professors from other universities or research centers; and specialized professors from companies. All of them have formation and experience in the fields of work that make up this program's object of study.
The professors' productivity consists in part of the products generated in projects undertaken in collaboration with different businesses. In particular, three professors have participated in the development of a published application with an international patent; another professor has worked on an industrial design patent; two professors have a patent application pending; two other professors have a PCR patent application, while three others have a total of seven copyright registrations. In all, nine faculty members from this master's degree program have experience in generating products with the potential for being registered as some type of intellectual property.
