The Knowledge Application Areas (KAAs) are the thematic fields that characterize the program. They bring together the research or professional work trajectories of professors and students, from a systemic perspective of generating new knowledge or its application, according to its nature and approach.

Students will be provided with tools, skills and abilities to use the various types of artificial intelligence, with special emphasis on generative intelligence, in order to improve their diagnoses and models for solving legal problems, always in a context of confidentiality, specialization and technical rigor.

This area focuses on the contemporary challenges that society faces in relation to obligations in a context of horizontal rights in legal relationships, especially those of a contractual nature.

This axis focuses on ensuring free coexistence between different social groups, individuals and the public administration, critically analyzing the modifications that the public function has undergone with the aim of expanding its responsibilities and guaranteeing compliance with the Rule of Law in a progressive manner.

This area of study is based on the theory of damages, encompassing administrative situations, human rights violations, and acts committed by private individuals. Furthermore, it delves into the various mechanisms established in Mexico to guarantee compensation for damages and, where applicable, to achieve full reparation.
